This afternoon Transition Year pupils had the privilege of a debate workshop run by Concern Debates in partnership with Technological University Dublin.
Pupils worked in groups exploring social and national issues that matter most to young people in Ireland right now. Groups discussed how social media, local services including housing and homelessness and mental health and wellbeing affect young people. Pupils also explored their individual aspirations for the future.
Thanks to Ms Murphy for arranging this experience and to our guests from Concern Debates and Technological University Dublin for facilitating the experience.
Well done to all involved!
