Paddy our school chaplain has been busy updating and reimaging our Peace Garden with the support of students and colleges. Thank you to Stacey and her husband Wayne for donating a ton of decorative stone to the College Peace Garden. This has improved the appearance of the Sacred Space.
Well done to Class 1 Rathlin for adding Kindness Stones to the new sky-blue shed. Each stone includes a message created by the students.
Thanks also to all students who contributed Kindness Stones, which are now placed around the garden, particularly near the raised flower bed.
Appreciation to Transition Year students Molly McCarthy, Sean Reel, A.J. Lawlor, and Abil Burns Henderson for their work in the garden during their placement this week.
Parents, Students and staff are encouraged to visit the garden—turn right when leaving the main building—and take some time to use the new bench.
