Leaving Cert Results 2026: Information for Students

We wish our Sixth Year ‘Class of 2026’ the very best of luck with results next Friday 21st of August!

This group has had a fantastic year & worked incredibly hard through exams in June. We are proud of everything they have achieved this year and over their journey at Mount Seskin Community College.

These results are a stepping stone towards the next phase of your life. Our school team are here to support and advise you as you transition, whether to university, PLC courses, apprenticeships or the workplace.

Results Day: Friday 21st August - Online portal opens from 10am

-Link to access Candidate Self Service Portal: https://cssp.examinations.ie/

-To access your results you will need:

oyour exam number

oyour PPSN number

oyour candidate self-portal password from when you set up the account

oIf you have forgotten your password, please reset it before Friday so that you can access your results easily on that morning

-You can print a statement of results from the portal; we advise you to download a copy of your results & keep for future reference

-Careers portal have a useful step by step guide to results here.

You are also welcome to come into school Friday morning 10:15 - 12pm if you need any support accessing or printing results or want to talk to a member of our team.

Supports for Candidates

The Leaving Certificate candidate helpline, at 1800 265 165, which is provided by the National Parents Council Post-Primary will be available on 21st of August 2026 for students to reach a Guidance Counsellor with any queries that they may have.

The SEC Candidate helpline will be available at 1800 111 135 or 1800 111 136 to support candidates and queries may be emailed to candidateportal@examinations.ie.

CAO Offers

Please note CAO round 1 offers will be released on Wednesday 26^th August approx. 2pm. Our school team will be on hand if you need any support with next steps.

We are also available to support you with apprenticeship application or preparation.
